Getting here without a fuss
Taiping sits just off the north-south highway, and the property is a few minutes from the town centre on quiet residential roads. However you travel, the last part of the journey is easy, and there is always somewhere to leave the car.
Driving to the property
Free private parking sits on site and no reservation is needed for it, so guests arriving by car can pull straight in. Taiping is roughly three hours north of Kuala Lumpur and around an hour and a half from Penang, which makes a late afternoon arrival comfortable without an early start.
Arriving by train
Taiping railway station is roughly three kilometres from the house, a short taxi or ride-hailing trip. Trains from Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh and Butterworth all stop here, and the front desk can advise on the easiest way to cover the last stretch if you arrive late.
Timing your check-in
